Marketing/Public Relations

Responsible for informing the public about the event: social media, graphic design, website, printing, public relations, develop marketing plan, etc.

Operations

Responsible for on-site logistics including: obtaining cost estimates, licenses, permits, insurance; create event timeline, schedule delivery of equipment, etc.

Beverages (Beer, Glühwein, Non-Alcoholic)

Responsible for all logistics associated with obtaining and selling beer: liquor license, cost estimate for rentals, purchase beer, ensure volunteers are trained, etc. Responsible for all logistics associated with obtaining and selling Glühwein: liquor license, cost estimate for rentals, temporary food permit for serving, purchase Glühwein, ensure volunteers are trained, etc.

Programming

Responsible for securing and managing all stage and general programming.

Vendor Relations

Responsible for securing both food and non-food vendors: pitch prospective vendors, slate vendors for participation, ensure they have the proper permits and licenses, work with inspectors, etc.
